As the 200th day of the Jina Revolution approaches and on the occasion of the 8th of March, International Women’s Day, Feminists For Jina network is coming together with fellows from other feminist movements in the Global South to ask ourselves how can we seize the potential of this moment and process shared uncertainties regarding the future? What can other feminist grassroots organising in the region and beyond teach us, and what do we have to teach them?
We are a network of activists and collectives with a diverse range of lived and learned experiences and viewpoints, united to echo and uphold the feminist lifeforce of the ongoing “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” Revolution inside and outside of Iran, while strengthening transnational solidarities.
We invite you to join us in echoing the voices of independent political and feminist activists who have based their resistance on the collective and grassroots unity of feminists inside and outside of Iran rather than the top-down coalition of individuals.
